This is our most common type of service, where we sign a contract with you for an agreed period of time to help support your business in whatever way that you need. Our Birmingham based company will take time to understand your needs as a business, complete an audit of your IT infrastructure, and then provide a scope of work in terms of what we will do, how it will be done, and the results that you can expect.

A contract is best for any business that needs a wide-ranging level of support with a particular IT service or their infrastructure as a whole, as it allows us to provide ongoing support and to constantly make improvements. At the end of your contract we can discuss contract renewal.

Ongoing IT support and contract

Pay as You Go

Our other type of business IT support contract is pay as you go, which sees you pay for our services as and when you need it. This is more appropriate for a business which already has an established IT infrastructure, and needs only the occasional level of ongoing support.

On call

Depending on the type of contract that you choose we will be on call to assist you over the phone should you need it. Based in Birmingham in the West Midlands, we will be available during normal UK business hours, 8am-6pm.

Outside of normal business hours, we offer managed backup and disaster recovery services, as well as email and continuity services to ensure that your business can run smoothly around the clock.

Support Helpdesk

As well as phone support, we also offer a helpdesk where you can submit tickets with any questions or problems that you are having with your business infrastructure. We will aim to get back to you within 24 hours.

Upgrades

Depending on your IT support contract type, we will offer you contract renewal as your contract comes to a close, but feel free to upgrade your contract at any time. We have a huge range of services on offer here at Shesh Tech, and you may add one of these services to your package at any time.
